What is the length of the appointment?

Appointment length is typically 40 minutes to 1 hour. The initial appointment length is 1 hour as it includes assessment and discussion of the issues.

Is there Car Parking?

Car parking is limited at the Health Hub. However there is plenty of free parking in the area.

What are the fees?

Typical fees range from £50 per appointment. Please call to discuss.

Will I experience discomfort?

Generally there is minimal pain associated with any treatment as both Bowen and Reiki techniques are minimally invasive. 

​

 

What do I need to wear?

Just fairly loose fitting clothes or gym wear.
