Bowen Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach using precise rolling movements over muscles, tendons, and connective tissue. These movements stimulate the body’s own regulatory responses, supporting balance across muscles, fascia, and the nervous system.

Bowen Therapy may be helpful for pain, restricted movement, postural strain, stress-related tension, or recovery following injury or surgery. It is non-invasive and suitable for adults of all ages. We have used Bowen Therapy to relieve some of the symptoms of some neurological conditions such as Parkinsons

​Reiki is based upon the idea that an unseen "life force energy " flows through us, and when it becomes low then we may be more likely to become sick or feel stress. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being.

Sessions begin with observation of posture, movement, and coordination. This assessment-led approach allows treatment to be adapted to what the body needs on the day, rather than following a fixed routine.

Some sessions focus primarily on Bowen Therapy, others on Reiki energy based support. Many clients benefit from a tailored approach where appropriate​​. We find that this approach will optimise results and the overall feeling of wellbeing.

Clients remain fully clothed and comfortable through out the session.
